That means when you post an ad on this site, it gets seen on hundreds of websites operated by newspapers, television stations, magazines and other media around the Web! (See list of participating sites) Our platform is the only online classifieds platform that provides the option to also advertise in print.
Some of our affiliates offer integrated print and online ad placement, which means that you will use ONE form when placing both a print and online ad. Some of our affiliates will offer two paths to place an ad, one of which will take you off to a different set of ad placement screens for print. We do not service or control these screens and would not be the best place to turn for help.
Kaango is happy to provide support for any problems you have on our platform. However, because we provide a seamless transition to other sites, you'll need to make sure you're on our site. In general, if you're having an issue with a page and the word Kaango appears somewhere in the URL (web address), then we can help you. If you don't see the word Kaango in the URL, then your best bet is to contact the newspaper or media outlet.
Any issues you have placing a print ad should be directed to the newspaper and not to the online support system powered by Kaango. As much as we'd love to help, we do not have access to print ad software or databases.
In most cases, if you need help with an online ad, you can contact Kaango. However, some of our partners redirect to a separate site for posting or displaying ads in certain verticals (ie. autos, real estate). When you follow the ad placement process, our system will alert you when you're being redirected. If you don't remember, you can always go through the process again and watch for an alert. As long as you are not redirected to another site, then Kaango can help you. If you're still unsure, go ahead and submit a support ticket and our customer support team will let you know.
If you placed (simultaneously) a print and online ad, then you'll need to remember how you placed the ad. If you need to, go back through the process. After you click the tab to place an ad, you may see a split screen with Print and Online on the left and Online-Only on the right. if you see this screen, then Kaango only powers the online portion of the ad placement process. The newspaper redirects to a different site for you to place your print and online ad.
If, on the other hand, clicking the Place Ad tab brings you directly to the ad placement screen, then Kaango is your best bet for help. Please submit a support ticket using our online system.
